Paul is the founder of the award-winning social enterprise Pimp My Cause, the UK’s leading platform connecting marketing volunteers and good causes. Pimp My Cause connects marketers and marketing teams with charity challenges they can take on to enhance their capabilities. And the free online platform provides over 2,000 charities and social enterprises with access to pro bono marketing services.
Paul’s first book Collaborative Advantage: How collaborative beats competition as a strategy for success was published by Little, Brown in June 2018 and presents Collaborative Advantage as a radical alternative to the conventional goal of competitive advantage. Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield, co-Founders of Ben and Jerry's praised the book saying, 'Collaborative Advantage offers the perfect recipe for successful businesses that improve lives'.
He is also the founder and director of the Agency of the Future, which helps leaders to create Collaborative Advantage to drive organisational success. He advises clients as diverse as PwC and the United Nations, Sony and Save the Children. In 2014 he was awarded an honorary visiting fellowship at Edge Hill University Business School, has twice won ‘Consultant of the Year’ awards from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and is an advisory board member at the Museum of Brands.
