20 Men 1 Question

Do you have a brother, son, father, uncle, nephew, friend, husband or boyfriend?

75% of all UK suicides are carried out by men. That's 84 men every week. The ones that don't often turn to destructive self-coping behaviours from violence to isolation, to addiction, to crime, causing devastation not only to themselves but to the people around them. This isn't a male problem, it is a human problem and it's costing us all so much.

HUMEN is leading the movement to change the face of what it means to a man. Allowing men to be more human to improve their mental health.

The HUMEN Space is the first anonymous in-person safe space, designed to show men how to talk.

The HUMEN Space is the Gym for the Mind. A preventative rather than reactionary solution helping men increase their emotional capacities. Some of the most harmful messages given to men in our culture are that they need to be tough, emotionally stoic, and autonomous. Our Spaces actively challenge these notions by being an unapologetic emotionally rich community for men to talk and listen.

Please vote to help us to stop men dying too young.
