Froglife River Nene Dragon Finder - Traineeship Highlights

Froglife is a national wildlife charity committed to the conservation of amphibians and reptiles - frogs, toads, newts, snakes and lizards - and saving the habitats they depend on.

Our trainee Michelle created this video to showcase the fantastic work carried out by Froglife and the amazing array of wildlife she has encountered during her year with us. She has been working as part of the HLF funded Dragon Finder Project, which addresses Froglife’s aims to transform landscapes, lives and research, in the areas surrounding the River Nene.

As shown in the video, public engagement is an important part of the project and we strive to re-connect people with the natural world and improve wellbeing with our activities. This, combined with our extensive pond restoration and creation work, benefits the lives of wildlife and people alike.

This is only one of our many projects. Visit www.froglife.org to find out more.
