Let's Talk - Self Harm

Phase exists to support the development of wellbeing and resilience in young people. This film was made as part of a series called "Let's Talk", designed to help create a discussion and raise awareness of mental health issues amongst young people. Each film that was made comes with an education pack that is freely available and contains lots of resources to help guide parents and professionals in holding conversations or lessons about these key mental health topics. We want to help break down the taboos and stigma that often surround mental health topics such as self-harm, so that there is a culture of understanding in which young people have the language and the confidence to seek support for themselves or their peers.
