What does AngelmanUK mean to you?

What does AngelmanUK mean to you?

Find out what it means to families nationwide by watching this film.

We spent the weekend at the AngelmanUK 2018 Conference in August to capture how important the charity is to the hundreds of families that rely upon it everyday. This rare genetic disorder affects families across the world and is often recognised by the person’s very smiley and happy behaviour. The families also struggle with a myriad of other issues, such as Epilepsy, Scoliosis and extremely challenging behaviour.

AngelmanUK is the registered charity for Angelman Syndrome in the UK. The charity provides resources for support, education and research for parents, carers and professionals.

We used bright colours and animations to convey and reinforce the glowing comments that we received. We hope it encourages more families, who are left feeling isolated after a diagnosis, to find community and support with AngelmanUK.

Visit www.angelmanuk.org to find out more about Angelman Syndrome.

Thank you to all those people who shared their stories and smiles in the film.
